HOMECOMING Event Details

Who: Homeschoolers, ages 14 to 19

What: Homecoming style dance and attire

Where: Mariott Heron Bay

When: Friday, November 7th, 2025 - 7pm to 12am

Why: Why not have another fun event with your friends

• Fun theme filled venue
• Professional, well-regarded DJ
• Exciting lighting effects on the dance floor
• Sit down formal plated dinner
• Fun photo opportunities to use throughout the night
• We will be capping the event at 400 guests maximum

 Please arrive to the event no earlier than 6:45pm for check-in.

• Check In begins @ 6:45pm
• Doors Open: 7:00pm
• Event Ends: 12:00am

We utilize a ticketing system, that allows us to send your tickets via email and helps us to expedite check-in at the event.  Be sure to print your tickets out and bring them to the event or have them ready on your mobile device. 

Ticket Pricing:

$130/ticket

Tickets include:

• Social Interaction w/ Peers

The deadline to buy tickets is 11:59pm on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, or when maximum capacity is reached. 

** For the last few years, we have sold out 45 days or more before the ticket deadline. **

Note:  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the homecoming tickets will go to support South Florida HEAT Sports Teams and Many But One dance studio

• Inappropriate attire may be asked to change or leave

Q: Can I make a donation or purchase a ticket for someone?
A: Yes, just make sure to include the attendee's name in the purchase.

Q: Can I be a chaperone? 
A: Maybe, please email us to find out if any more chaperones are needed.

Q: Do you need help with decorations / setup / take-down?
A: All help is welcome, please email for more information. 

Security

The safety of our students is our highest priority and with today's search for enhanced security, we are taking some new measures to ensure the most security, within reason. As such, we will have one or more security officer(s) on duty, to help with security, in addition to our regular chaperones.

Items Permitted

Items permitted:

• Small purses, handbags, or clutches will be permitted, however, they will be searched
• Jackets and overwear are permitted, but are subject to pat down and/or searches

Items NOT permitted:

• Outside food or drinks will not be permitted
• Large bags & backpacks will not be permitted
• Liquids of any kind will not be permitted
• Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, drugs, alcohol, and other substances are not permitted

Re-entry

Students are not permitted to come and go from the event. If a student needs to leave the event, they will not be permitted to return.

Release of Liability

South Florida Homeschool Dances and New Covenant Church will not be liable for any medical conditions and/or expenses that may arise from attending this event
